Welcome to Maison Aura ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, app, and services for purchasing luxury fragrances. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent, to make purchases.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders depend on product availability.
  • Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change without notice.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

4. Delivery & Shipping (Within the UAE)

  • We deliver nationwide from Dubai via trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Return & Refund Policy (14-Day Returns)

  • You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it's unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • To start a return, contact our customer service at hello@maisonaura.ae or WhatsApp +971 58 289 6256 with proof of purchase (order number).
  • Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or sale items.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer—except in cases of defects or shipment errors, where we will cover the return.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • You must not use our website for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
  • Unauthorized copying or reproduction of any content—text, images, or designs—from our site is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of profits or data.
  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes only; actual items may vary slightly in color or design.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—images, designs, trademarks, and logos—are the proprietary property of Maison Aura and protected under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at our discretion and without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
